How long does the process take?
The full process takes 1 to 2 weeks.
How do you charge? What's your fee?
For our founding clients, we charge a flat $1,000 USD placement fee per editor hire. One time, no recurring cuts.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. A 90-day placement guarantee. If the editor isn't the right fit within the first 90 days, we'll replace them once at no extra charge.
Do you have a contract I can use?
Yes. Once you more forward with the placement, we provide a straightforward service agreement that covers the scope of what Calibre Co. is handling, the placement fee terms, and the 90-day guarantee.
Who manages onboarding of the hires?
We do. Calibre Co. stays involved through the onboarding process to make sure the transition into your team is smooth.
Do we work directly with our hire?
Yes. Once your editor is onboarded, they work directly with you. Calibre Co. steps back from the day-to-day. That said, we stay connected with our editor community, so we'll check in from time to time as we build out what comes next.
